How versatile is the product ?

• Opti+® scan be fitted to any engine rated 10 to 15,000 hp.

Where do I fit Opti+® ?

The device fits on to the engine feed, the vacuum feed after the primary filter.

If a flowmeter is also fitted, Opti+® fits between it and the engine.

There are various Opti+® models available to suit every engine size.

Special models may be manufactured to order if engine space requires it.
Installation may be carried out by your own workshop or by a specialist fitter recommended by Ecoviasystem®.

What does the Opti+® fuel saver actually do ?

It allows the user to reduce fuel consumption and the emission of polluting gases. Fuel consumption is reduced by 5 to 10 % on average. ECOVIASYSTEM® provides a written guarantee that the customer's fuel consumption will be reduced. If, after a six-month text period and in compliance with certain conditions, this reduction is not achieved ECOVIASYSTEM® will refund the cost of the system, excluding installation and removal.

We do not fit fuel-savers to engines whose average fuel-consumption over a period of at least six months is not known. In order to fulfil this requirement we recommend a reliable flowmeter or econometer be fitted prior to the purchase of a fuel-saver. How does the Opti+® actually work? ?

It generates a combination of infrared waves and an intense magnetic field which acts on the CxHy molecules of the hydrocarbons.
The energy produced by combustion resides in the links between the carbon and hydrogen atoms.
Positively polarized molecules are sprayed into the combustion chamber.
This spray is finer because the molecules repel each other to increase air content.
The hydrocarbon molecules encounter more negatively-polarized oxygen molecules, the oxygen and fuel are drawn to one another, and combustion is improved.

What are the advantages gained from better combustion ?

• Greater power : with Opti+® the injected fuel burns more completely than for a standard engine set up and this increases energy.
• Reduced consumption :less fuel is required to generate the same engine power in normal use which means the engine consumes less.
• Less pollution : because there is nearly no unburnt fuel there are very few partially-combusted hydrocarbon molecules which are harmful to living organisms.
• Cleaner engines : unburnt fuel makes soot which clusters and clogs up the engine.
